Building impactful communities

I am a 21-year-old born in Toronto, Ontario. I grew up in the suburbs of the Greater Toronto Area and the busy cities around Washington D.C.

Currently, I'm a Governing Member of the University of Toronto, working in International Affairs and Crisis Response for the Government of Canada.

On the side, I help content creators, government officials, and businesses improve their communications strategies & marketing, and build impactful communities. In my 5-9, I am building a communications and marketing firm, MapleMark Media Inc.

Moments, documented:

Photo of Ehab at the podium of the United Nations. Photo by Ehab of the Thomas Fisher Rare Book Library. Ehab posing in front of the Washington DC monument. Photo by Ehab of the US Capitol building. Ehab pictured in the University of Toronto wearing a UofT sweater. Photo by Ehab of the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. Ehab posing with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. When I look back at the things I've photographed, I can remember these moments more vividly than anything I've experienced without a camera.

Over the last five years, I have been:

- Working for Pangea.app (YC W21), the City of Mississauga, the Government of Ontario, and the Government of Canada in various roles
- Making democracy happen across the United States with Sole Strategies
- Managing my community, 'Talk To A Stranger'
- Studying Political Science and Sociology at the University of Toronto
- Volunteering in my community
- Twice elected to represent over 15,000 students as a Councilor at the University of Toronto
- Developing the next Academic Plan for the University of Toronto Mississauga
- Consulting content creators, businesses, and politicians on their communications and marketing strategies at MapleMark Media Inc.
- An accepted member of Merge Club
- Writing Op-Eds and working with government leaders to solve complex problems
